NEWS New Faces at BTL BTL has been undergoing some rapid changes lately and as part of the expansion we are pleased to introduce some new members of the team. Karen Robinson joined Biopharma Technology Ltd at the end of 2009 as a Research Scientist. Karen was previously employed at Prova R&D Ltd (now Exova Ltd) where she gained wide experience in the pre-formulation of new chemical entities and development of various formulation types including injections and lyophilised formulations. She has more than 20 years formulation development experience within the pharmaceutical industry. In 2008 Karen was awarded an MSc in Pharmaceutical Technology from King’s College, London. Karen will be responsible for implementing a quality system and the day-to-day running of the laboratory. Mervyn Middleton joined Biopharma Technology Ltd in December 2009, having achieved the award of BSc Biochemistry from the University of Portsmouth earlier that same year. Mervyn’s primary role at Biopharma is in the laboratory, conducting a number of analytical lyophilisation techniques, contributing to both the commercial and R&D interests of the company. Dora Halmi joined the company in January after graduating from Bournemouth University with a BA Honours in Business Studies. Dora worked as an Assistant Account Manager in her university placement year and joins BTL as Business Development Executive. Dora is primarily responsible for handling all BTL enquiries, lead qualifying and other sales activities. Other News This Month |
