invoice will be issued on receipt of booking. Payment must be made in full 2 weeks before the start of the course. Payment by BACS, cheque or credit card is possible. We will contact you on receipt of your booking to request your payment details. In the case of credit card payments, please note that we can only accept Visa or Mastercard. Please also note that transactions by credit card are done in pounds sterling. These amounts can be found at the end of each course brochure. Cancellation: substitutes will be accepted at any time. Cancellation before the stated cancellation date will incur a service charge of 30% of the applicable fee. No refunds can be made for cancellation after this date.
